That philosophy has shaped every stage of his career. Whether he's working with celebrity clients, mentoring future professionals, judging national competitions, or speaking on stage, Dallas approaches every interaction with the same mindset: people deserve to be seen, valued, and empowered.
His classroom extends far beyond four walls. Students routinely find themselves backstage at major events, assisting with celebrity styling, networking with industry leaders, and gaining experiences that simply can't be taught from a textbook. Dallas believes the best way to prepare professionals is to immerse them in the profession itself.
